At Regal Imprints, each piece is thoughtfully crafted and personalized with care. Because our products are made to order, our shipping timelines reflect the time required to ensure the highest quality.

Processing Time
All items are custom-made. Please allow 3–7 business days for production prior to shipment. During peak seasons or for large or highly customized orders, processing times may be extended. If this applies to your order, we will communicate accordingly.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We offer a range of shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been completed and shipped:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees, as delays may occur due to carrier issues or customs processing.

Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS (Primary), UPS, or DHL, depending on the destination and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you may monitor your delivery.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Regal Imprints is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

International Orders & Customs
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Regal Imprints is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Regal Imprints is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If an issue arises, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. However, we are happy to assist in filing a claim where applicable.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Split Shipments
In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure timely delivery.
